Need help with my Philosophy question – I’m studying for my class.

In both cases for this module (Exporting Pollution and Suicide Zone), the impoverished populations are being put at risk by corporations seeking profit. In your essay, please use evidence from both cases to address the following questions:

1. Who should bear the responsibility for setting environmental policy?
   • Governments? Citizens? Corporations? Some other party?
2. Do corporations have a responsibility to protect the environment and people above what might be required by law even when that could lessen their profit?
3. Using the frame of reference of an Indian farmer or a resident of the Brazilian “valley of death,” describe what you should expect of a corporation who is creating these conditions and why you would expect that.
