Next choose two of the three levels, and in separate statements discuss reasons why or why not a teenager would be reasoning about driving choices at this level, citing relevant research on cognition (e.g. Piaget, Elkind), and brain development. Finally, decide on which of Kohlberg’s levels you would emphasize, give at least one concrete suggestion about how you would go about doing this, and explain why you would emphasize this level.
