I’ve got an Action Research Project on UX UI design in eCommerce. Long story short, I’m UX UI designer at an eCommerce company and doing Master in Webdesign. I’ve chosen “UX UI design in eCommerce” as an Action Research Project. The issue is I don’t know how to answer the following questions in a proper way.
