1. (27)^-2/3 over the fraction of (27)^-1/3

i understand that i will get the reciprocal first, which is 27^1/3 over the fraction of 27^2/3, and because i had to change the reciprocal format, i also had to change a – into a positive, but where will i need to go next to do simplification?
