Review Chapter 11 and read the article, “Evaluating the Readiness of Cyber First Responders Responsible for Critical Infrastructure Protection (Links to an external site.),” (Yoon, et.al, 2016). Then respond to the following:

• Discuss the increased role of cyber concerns within the Emergency Services Sector (ESS). What challenges do cyber risks pose for first responders? Cite specific examples from recent events and evaluate the outcomes.
• Analyze the concepts found in both the chapter and article from your own personal experience. What suggestions do you have to improve risk assessment to the ESS sector, especially with respect to cyber threats?
