Take a moment to review all that you have learned in this course and reflect on what areas you feel more confident in.  Likewise, discuss the areas where you feel you need more knowledge and how you plan on seeking it out.  Finally, recall the video on Culturally Responsive Teaching and Learning.flv (presented earlier this week).  In it, the teacher had to remain consistent in her expectations and her directions overtime so that her students could follow her lead. What kinds of strategies will you repeat so that students are comfortable with your expectations?

P.S: These are the strategies we have been learning, you don’t have to use them all but a few, what you feel more comfortable and what you need more knowledge.
