Consider the way a classical thinker such as Plato makes a case for morality and the way a modern thinker such as JS Mill makes a case for morality. First, summarize the approach each side uses and then reflect on the differences between classical and modern styles of thought. Conclude by assessing which of the two you believe resonates more with a Christian way of thinking. If you believe either can resonate with Christian thought, make a case for why. Likewise, if you believe neither can resonate with Christian thought, make a case for why.
