I need assistance with estimating and scheduling a project assignment that I am currently working on. My current estimate is 3 million$ and its off It needs to be in 30 million$. In my attachment, you will see an excel sheet of the estimate and slides that break down the project.

Your task is to go over what I did and find the quantity takeoff/unit I missed. Like, concrete, metals, openings, HVAC, electricity etc. you will be provided with every file you need (see the picture in attachment). After, you will proceed working on, materials/labor/equipment/subcontractors/overhead/total. (you will be provided with every file you need)

For the scheduling part, you’re only going to list the activities/duration/predecessor/cost/labor/subcontractors. (see the attachment)
