EPM ‘Master Project Management Plan’ Individual Video Presentation

Each member of each ‘Project Team’ is required to deliver an ‘Individual Presentation’ of ten (10) minutes in length on his/her specific Individual Project, in the ‘EPM Project Portfolio Business Case.’ It should be in a PowerPoint (or equivalent presentation software) format and include not more than eight (8) slides. Each slide should be titled and contain between three to five (3-5) bullet points, with or without graphics (as you choose.) The bullets should reflect the talking points around which you will deliver your presentation.

It must contain the following slides:

1. The ‘Title’ slide with your name
2. An ‘Executive Summary’ of the project
3. The specific ‘Deliverable’s’ that will be produced in the project
4. The project ‘Life Cycle’ process groups
5. An overview of the ‘People Domain’ subsidiary plans
6. An overview of the ‘Data Domain’ subsidiary plans
7. The ‘Project Constraints’
8. The expected ‘Value’ of the project to the portfolio

You have a time limit in which to deliver your presentation; it is ten (10) minutes. This will require that you rehearse in advance to ensure that you are able to fit it into the allotted time frame. Each of your bullet points should be supported with several key sentences that you will share. The listeners should understand ‘what’ you plan to do and ‘why.’
