I have a project in leadership subject and the requirements are listed below.

This project provides students with an opportunity to apply and analyze the theories and concepts on leadership to the actual practice of leadership in the UAE. Students will interview a leader (at senior manager level above) and analyze her/her leadership vision, style, etc. with regards to its effectiveness, identifying both effective and ineffective approaches

Introduction:

1^st part: Explain leadership style, role, attitude, behavior of this person
