“Measures have great power, almost like genetic code, to shape action and performance. Change the measure, and you change the organism.”

Just as with last week’s paper assignment, this quote could as easily describe the application of Conscious (Business) Ethics to you personally as it does to the measures taken by a business organization. As you did with last week’s quote, contemplate this quote in terms of your personal application of C(B)E both within the larger context of your life and the smaller subtext of your current and future work life. What measures do you personally take that become the directional influence of your life? What could you measure instead that would change who you are and who you seek to become?
