We should add more variables to our data dashboard. Would you please add variables from productivity, process improvement, and workforce? You can get these variables from the attached data set. If you see any blank variables, add those too. Also, we can skip the data sources, and We can add the name of the agency and year. We can modify/improve this dashboard with time. Our next step will be to fill this dashboard with the information we have.

Extra Edits :

1) I think maybe the scoring table should be edited? It looks like the 1-5 numbering is backwards? Typically a “1” would be the lowest scoring range and a 5 the best.
2) I think the format on the Dashboard page should be shown differently. The datasources and the focus areas do not all line up. For example, the leadership and participation surveys only apply to the leadership section. I’m not sure how a ‘sample survey questions’ would go on a dashboard. The dashboard in general will be all quantitative.

I have attached the dataset and information we have and also the existing dashboard. I need you to edit it and add everything mentioned and also make it look a little more presentable and pleasing, it would be nice to have graphs too if you will be able to add that.
