effective and discuss why. Then, choose the component you feel is the
least effective and needs to be changed. Discuss the specific changes
you would make to the chosen component and why these changes would make
it more effective if implemented.

Using what you learned in the reading, you will now have the
opportunity to examine your own work philosophy and career goals.
Complete the worksheet titled Work Philosophy and Goals discussed in Chapter 2 of your text.
