a project from your community or employer. Identify the project,
develop a simple WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and Gantt Chart. In
addition, construct a RM, (Risk Management) plan in accordance with the
WBS and Gantt chart. Your paper should include (5) pages minimum of RM
along with the WBS and Gantt. If you want to find a project of your own
you want to use, that would preferable, if you want me to try and
explain one of my company’s projects I can attempt to do that for you as
well but I am not directly involved with the projects so I would be
limited in providing details for that.
