The Blueprint for Personal and Professional Growth is a tool that can help you to measure your goals and provide you guidance in applying what you study to reaching your potential.

• Take a few minutes and peruse the articles found in Marshal Goldsmith’s “Articles” web page (uploaded with this order). Pinpoint those that are of interest to you. From these, identify five different tips or ideas that could help you as a manager. Develop a plan for incorporating these tips into your management behavior.

• After reviewing the article by Christensen, create a strategy for your personal and professional life. As part of your strategy, be sure to include responses to the following questions:
? How can I be sure that I will be happy in my career?
? How can I be sure that my relationships with my spouse and my family become an enduring source of happiness?
? How can I be sure I will stay out of jail, or in other words, how can I keep my integrity?
