Science Homework Help

Hi I was just confused on what this table for this Biochemistry 1 Lab was asking of me. It is for BIO 326 at

Oakland university and the table is actually on this site I just was not able to see it for another hour until my upload credits are redeemed. The table is: Nelson Assay Calibration Table and I do not know what the units of values are for the first few rows so I can calculate the volume in microliters. If anyone could please help that would be much appreciated. I may also need help on how to fill them out but that portion shouldn’t be too difficult if I know what is given/asked.
