This table includes some types of DNA sequences observed in prokaryotic chromosomes (e.g. E. coli).

b. _7__: the DNA sequence that first binds to the holoenzyme at the initiation of transcription.

I am not sure if the answers I have already are correct. I am just struggling to understand my professors notes so I could really use some help answering this question.
