1/ According to am article posted by byjus.com, prokaryotic and eukaryotic are two identical replicas of DNA re obtained from the original DNA trand with both replicating in a semi conservative manner. However there are differences between
prokaryotic and eukaryotic DNA replication based on size and genetic material complexity. For example, where prokaryotic replication is a continuous process, eukaryotic replication only in the S phase of a cell cycle. Prokaryotic replication has circular double stranded DNA, and eukaryotic replication has linear stranded DNA with an end. Oje finall example would be prokaryotic DNA has only a single orgin of replication while eukaryotic DNA has multiple origins of replication.

According to an article published by Open Oregon, Prokaryotic cells are much smaller than Eukaryotic cells. Eukaryotic cells develop different adaptions structurally in order to enhance cellular transport. Eukaryotic cells would not have the large size it has without these adaptions.

2/Prokaryotes are singular celled organisms with smaller, ring shaped DNA and do not have a cellular nucleus. On the other hand, Eukaryotes are multi celled organisms which possess a cellular nucleus as well as DNA in the form of chromosomes. In both types of organisms, DNA serves the purpose of being a sort of recipe book for proteins that the organism needs to survive. Eukaryotic DNA is supercoiled DNA that is terminated by Telomeres at the end of the chromosomes while Prokaryotic DNA is in the form of a circle and does not terminate. Both processes of replicating DNA in both organisms are nearly identical in that it is replicated by the enzyme DNA polymerase. Also, Prokaryotes divide by binary fission while eukaryotes divide through mitosis and reproduce sexually through meiosis. The important distinction here is that a Prokaryote’s offspring are identical to the parent, barring mutations of course, while sexual reproduction allows the offspring of eukaryotes to carry traits of both of it’s parents.
