What harm may occur (to individuals, user groups, employers, and so on) if these ethical and legal gaps are not resolved?

What would access and use of this document provide for users? What tasks could be accomplished?

Think through the permanent, temporary, and situational impairments any user may face. Which ones would not be able to access and use this information? What potential harm could occur because of that inaccess?

Make sure that the organization, design, and writing style of your memo follows the guidelines outlined in our readings for accessible and inclusive technical documents (Markel and Selber Ch 1). Your memo should ultimately include:

A memo header that addresses Dr. Turner as the receiver, you as the sender, the date, and the subject of your memo.

Headings, bulleted and/or numbered lists, and figures (when necessary). [Example memo]

A brief introductory paragraph that summarizes the purpose and key points of your memo.

Short descriptive sections that evaluate how effectively the products meet the needs of their users and clients in ways that are ethical, legal, and accessible.

Support your writing with evidence from relevant readings within the course and the products you are analyzing.

Include citations and references in a way that makes them findable for your audience–hyperlinks, footnotes, and/or endnotes are all viable.
