I have to write a Biochemistry Microarray paper about Glucose signaling (at least 10 pages) based on the instruction document part 4 (highlighted). The control for the paper is the Wild-type glucose (there is a excel file for it as WT glucose germinating) and the experimental mutant is glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (at position 56 in Group 6-microarray-sheet excel, Final Revised attached below). I need to generate a data using the some of the websites listed in the Instruction Docx, and write a paper like an experimental paper. HAVE TO TURN IN THE ROUGH DRAFT BY 4/2/21 and Final Draft on 4/16/2021. Need at least 6 article sources. The article I listed in the “Literature HW” file should be the main one to support the paper, and you could also use the article Interaction of glucose and phytohormone signaling in plants.
