I need someone that can build iPhone Apps..

The app should be a simple 4 view app (home with drop down 2 forms and submit, sms inbox, terms and conditions, help page.

Now the functionality is key. The app is suppose to dial a code when the user hits submit, the code will be determined by information selected by the user.

Second the app should be able receive sms directly into its inbox instead of iMessage.
