Law Homework Help

This is a professional business law class.  Your professional writing style, legal perspectives, laws in questions, legal issues, facts, legal background, precedent-setting cases, etc.  The paper organization, grammar, spelling, and presentation of facts and opinions will be graded for correctness and accuracy.

Minimum Requirements

1. Use APA formatting (See Librarian for Assistance)
2. Include a cover page
3. Include an Abstract (a paragraph on the 2nd page, after the title page, that describes what your paper is about)
4. Include an introduction paragraph outlining the issue(s), the body of the paper should cover and support the opening statements and end with a conclusion. 
5. Research Paper must be a MINIMUM of 5 FULL PAGES NOT including the Cover page, Abstract, and Resource page (5 FULL pages per student if you are working with other people)
6. Use at least five sources per person outside your textbook to support the paper.  Each student should have at least:
   1. Two cases relevant to their topic to discuss in their section of the Research Paper (NOT case summary format)  AND
   2. Two laws relevant to their topic
7. Double spaced, 1” margins, Times New Roman 12 font
8. Sources should be correctly cited IN the paper AND listed on your reference page 
9. A reference page should be last and correctly cite sources used (in APA format)
