 (1) Would the absence or presence of Office on tablet platform affect the decision?

Yes, the absence of office programs such as Microsoft word and excel would affect the decision, because surely no one will want to purchase gadgets which they cannot be able to operate their daily activities with them. (Martin, A. 2014)

(2) Given the roll-out, how would a tablet now be more attractive than a thin laptop for the travelers?

When the tablets are compared to laptops:

They are light hence easier to carry around and not heavy for the travelers.

They are less cumbersome and this means that when it comes to urgency, then one can be able to operate them when moving around but laptops one cannot.

(3) Would the pricing model have an impact on the screen size that you would choose to provide to the travelers?

Yes when choosing the screen size for the travelers I will make sure that it is of an average size and also the price which a purchase the tablet is relative to the size of the screen. (Roselyn, M. 2016) This means that the smaller the screen the smaller the amount of money I will pay and vice versa.

(4) What infrastructure decision would you make in the area of soft keyboards versus keyboard cases with real keys? Would keyboard size enter into your decision-making?

I would choose the key board with real keys. This is because when compared to on screen keyboard, the one with real keys enables the workers to use both hands when typing information in the computer and when using the soft keyboard, at most times one is forced to used only one hand. This making the functioning to be faster.

The other reason is that people are all adapted to using the real keyboard which means that they will be faster when using it and more efficient.
