Analyze the chosen readings in greater detail by examining the impact of literature on globalization and cultural expression and appreciation. Consider how the readings have impacted your own understanding and appreciation of other cultures, and use this as a starting point in regards to thoughts, ideas, and initial arguments. However, remember that this is an academic essay. You must provide a careful analysis of and details from the reading itself and support your contentions with secondary sources. You are not discussing your personal experience and/or culture. As stated above, you are using those observations, perceptions, and/or feelings to simply enhance your analysis of the reading. Go beyond just speaking in generalities and with limited authority.

The paper should be two to four pages in length (excluding APA title and reference pages). The paper must have a main idea (thesis statement) that is supported by the entire discussion of the topic. Support the central point with details from the reading, analysis of those details, and with at least three scholarly secondary sources. Resources must be cited in text and on the reference page.
