Paragraph 1 – What position are you applying for and where you heard about the position

Paragraph 2 – Why you are best suited for the position expand on your resume but do not repeat resume

Paragraph 3 – Why you like this company and your action plan. (i.e) “I will call you on Monday, Dec 6th at 2 pm to schedule an interview.”

THANK YOU letter that will contain the thank you card to the interviewer thanking them for taking the time to interview and then reiterate that you are still interested in the job or if you changed your mind be sure to include that too! Be sure to include your contact phone number in the note.
