Once we find the route of the issue from the source we later will go into and make arrangements if we agree with the participant’s suggestions. We do take into consideration if the problems are personal or genuine issues. That has been the biggest barrier with discussing the issues the of the course development. Some people have either not responded entirely about suggestions or there have been issues that are only pertaining to their specific needs. Those are just as important however, we have pin through the suggestions to ensure that they are helpful for the entire course not just per person. The main suggestion I would give is to provide a list of certain issues to be provided to the participants rather than having them have an open platform to make suggestions. For instance, provide a list of multiple-choice answers instead of leaving the questions as open ended.
