Engineering Homework Help. need help for transmitting the signal to chip 2 ( Im using two ICs 74LS74N The circuit is an asynchronous D-latch.)
I need someone good with ICs 74LS74N and take a look my circuit build to fix my transmitting signal. i got problem between the chip and the switches. 2 green leds and 2 red leds connected with switches but only two green leds transmitting work but other is doesn’t
I attached my circuit instruction bellow and the explanation. ( i cant add more picture of my circuit but when you help me i wil send you all)
