Computer Science Homework Help

A HW in a CSCI course (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE), In this homework we will create multiple HH neurons and connect them together with excitatory and inhibitory synapses to form networks and study the results.

There is already existing code from the Dr. just need to write code where it ask and everything explained in the file

most of the questions are about write fuctions for equations and plot them. I tried to attach the file but it gave a message (invalid upload). I can share it via Google Drive or send it via email So you only have to download it then upload it in the Colaboratory to see the file and work on it.

Note : only work on the ToDo cells ,do not write code in a place that it did not ask for.
