How to Submit Your Assignment
Your assignment submission involves two steps:
1. Submit your one-page marketing plan in Blackboard by midnight ET on Sunday of
Week 10.
o Your responses should be typed in a Microsoft Word document using the
provided Assignment 3 template.
o A link to your three-minute video should be included in your Assignment 3
template file. (The video should be uploaded to YouTube beforehand.)
2. Submit your three-minute video link into the Facebook chat by midnight ET on
Sunday of Week 10.

Assignment 3 Template Instructions
For the third assignment, you will use the provided template to compile your completed one-page
marketing plan.
In the first four boxes within the template, you will input your responses from Assignment 1. (Be
sure to apply any feedback you may have received from your instructor.)

In the next four boxes within the template, you will input your responses from Assignment 2. (Be
sure to apply any feedback you may have received from your instructor.)

• My Sales Conversion Strategy
• Top Five Action Steps
The final four boxes in the template will complete your one-page marketing plan, addressing what
happens once your prospects have been converted to customers. In the How I Deliver a World-Class Experience area, outline the methods you will use (such as
building community, presentation, service, etc.) to deliver an amazing experience for your
customer. (Use complete sentences and list at least 4 methods along with details.)
In the How I Will Increase Customer Lifetime Value box, discuss the methods you will utilize to
retain your customers and make them purchase more. (Use complete sentences and list at least 4
methods along with details.)
In the How I Orchestrate and Stimulate Referrals box, discuss what methods you will utilize to get
more referrals for your business (such as through your current customers or strategic
partnerships). (Use complete sentences and list at least 4 methods along with details.)
Next, you will list your Top Five Action Steps for delivering a world-class experience, increasing
customer lifetime value, and stimulating referrals. What actions will you take to make these things
happen and to put your plan into motion? (Use complete sentences and elaborate with details.)
Assignment 3 Video Instructions
Once you have completed all twelve boxes in the one-page marketing plan template, you will
create a three-minute video explaining the plan and your marketing strategy moving forward. You
will then upload your video to YouTube.
Your completed YouTube video must be submitted in TWO places as follows:
1. Paste the YouTube video link into the Assignment 3 template in the Three-Minute Video
URL area. Submit the completed template in the Blackboard assignment submission area
by midnight ET on Sunday of Week 10.
