CFR has a solid donor base that can help fund why submitting a proposal to The NEA Foundation. The funding planning team consists of the board of directors, the advisory board, the development department, community, state, and local affiliates. While working with the children doing the COVID-19, virtue class has decreased math, science, and reading scores for minority students. By setting a nonprofit after-school program for students of all ages, our program can improve standardized test scores for all levels.
