I’m stuck on a Management question and need an explanation.

In this module, we learned why a firm’s external analysis is important and how to analyze the general environments and competitive environments (industry) of a firm. Using Porter’s five forces model, we can analyze the threats of five forces, such as rivalry, new entrants, suppliers, buyers, and substitutes, to the target firm’s industry. If the threats of the five forces are high, it will negatively influence the profitability of the target industry, and eventually the target industry will become unattractive to new entrants or incumbent firms. In this analysis tool, we learned the concepts of the competitors (rivals, new entrants, or substitutes) and complementors. You can define another firm as your firm’s complementor if your customers value your product more when they have this other firm’s product than when they have your product alone. In 300 – 500 words, write a brief response to the following discussion questions.
