Within Module 6, you were introduced to resiliency and how it ties into self-motivation. This module has delved further into resiliency and its importance in all aspects of life. There is no question that the pandemic of 2020 caused many changes for the country and the world. It was an unprecedented challenge to everyone in one way or the other. It seemed as if overnight, virtual schooling, wearing masks, and cleaning groceries became the norm. As the months passed, these changed became wearing on many. However, through it all, people all over the world chose to be resilient. For the assignment this week:

1- Discuss a time in the workplace when you set SMART goals and

2- Discuss how resiliency played a role in achieving these goals.

If you have not held a job yet, discuss a time at school or at home.
