This project is designed to bring the literature and your experiences together, into an integration paper. Build out and discuss the relationships between theories that you believe are foundational and integral to understanding leadership. Explain how these theories — at least three — function and what impacts they have on the nature of leadership. Clearly state within a single paragraph early in this paper, a theoretical position that you have come to believe about leadership, your thesis if you will. not including references and cover, develop your position and arguments. Use at least 8 outside research references dated 2012 to present preferably from proquest to support your ideas and where possible identify thought and literature that does not support your position. Ensure that you examine at least three models or theories (see the chart of leadership theories under the Resources button for a refresher). You may also build out the paper by delving into dimensions of leadership including emotional competence, listening, asking questions, etc. Use your own experiences and observations to reflect these ideas in practice.
