Realistically, it should take four days since that is what your company routinely accomplishes on buildings with similar size. Optimistically though it could be done in a little as two if everything goes just right. Pessimistically though, it has taken as long a ten, mostly due to poor weather conditions or equipment issues at similarly remote sites. Using the formula of Time Estimate in the attachment , Calculate the time estimate for this one activity.
