The medium-size manufacturing

The medium-size manufacturing organization XXX has written a very complete SOW and included it in the recent RFP it sent out to prospective sellers. The project is estimated to take two months and is very low in complexity. The problem is that the XXX is short on staff and hasn’t been able to free up anyone to work on a new project involving adding some new static marketing information to the public portion of the Web site. The marketing information has already been written and approved by all levels of management. The XXX has decided to outsource this project. Due to the nature of the project, the company would like to find a seller willing to sign a fixed-price contract. Do you think the company will be successful? Is this the right type of contract to sign for this project? Explain.
