The Celltone company is in the business of providing cellular phone coverage. Recently, it conducted a study of its customers who have purchased either the Basic Plan or the Business Plan service. The belief of Celltone managers is that the standard deviation in minutes used by Basic Plan customers will be more than that for the Business Plan customers. Data for this study are in a file called Celltone. Assume that the managers wish to test this using a 0.05 level of significance.
