Motivation has been known to be best used if it has Intensity, Direction and Persistence. Intensity is concerned with hard working that is how hard a person tries to achieve a goal or an objective. The direction is mostly based on the effort that is directed towards achievement. And Persistence is mostly based on the effort of an individual to keep doing the thing he is doing.
